The Director of Publication of the application is Mr Gilles MORRETTON, in his capacity as President of the FFT. The Editorial Manager of the application is Nathalie RICARD DEFFONTAINE in her capacity as Director of Communication and Digital Transformation.
The application is hosted by ATOS SE, a European company with capital of EUR 106,884,219.00, registered in the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register under number B 323 623 603, with its head office at River West, 80 quai Voltaire 95877 Bezons cedex – France (+33 1 73 26 00 00).
TERMS OF SERVICE
These general conditions of use (the “Terms”) apply without restriction or reservation to the services offered by the French Tennis Federation (the “FFT”) on the “PARIS PLAYERS” application.
Article 1 – Presentation of the Application
The application is the official interface for the online management of the Roland-Garros and the Rolex Paris Masters tournaments for professional players of the competition and the entourage of the player. The application is accessible after login via an identifier previously communicated to professional players of the tournament. After the connection, the people (called “the user”) will find in a personal space several activations and the summary of the activations already made. The user can manage a request for accreditation, book a pickup, book a hotel, watch videos of all the matches of the tournament, see the table of tournaments, see the current winnings, access to official tournament information.
Article 2 – Conditions of access to the application
Access to the application and its features is subject to the possession of login giving access to the platform. These login are previously communicated to the user via mailbox. However, the equipment (computer, software, Internet browser, etc.) allowing access to the application and the exploitation of the application’s functionalities are the sole responsibility of the user, as are the telecommunications costs incurred. through app connections.
Article 3 – Nominative data / Protection of privacy
The Users of the application are invited to inform the FFT of their comments on possible dysfunctions of this one with regard to individual liberties, to the following e-mail address: rgplayerspc@fft.fr, or to the postal address mentioned in Article 9 below.
Article 4 – Responsibility of the FFT
The FFT reminds users of the application, the characteristics and limitations of the Internet and disclaims any liability related to the consequences of connecting users to the application via the Internet.
More particularly, the FFT can not be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to the users of the application, their computer equipment and the data stored there, as well as the consequences that may ensue on their personal activity, professional or commercial. The FFT can not be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or the servers or any other event beyond its reasonable control, which would prevent or degrade the access to the application or the exploitation of all or part of its features.
The FFT will in no case be held responsible for any transmission delay due to technical problems or breakdowns.
The FFT reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify, without notice, access to all or part of the application and its functionalities, in order to maintain them, or for any other reason, without the interruption does not give rise to any obligation whatsoever or compensation.

The FFT reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices appearing in these TOS at any time. It is thus advised to the users of the application to regularly consult the last version of the CGU available on the Application.
Article 5 – Intellectual property
The application and its content (software, text, images, sounds, graphics, etc.), names, word marks and logos “PARIS PLAYERS”, “French Tennis Federation” and “FFT”, the word marks and logos of FFT partners, as well as all other brands and logos, appearing or which may appear in the application, are the exclusive property of the FFT or its partners: any reproduction or representation, total or partial, of these names, trademarks and / or logotypes, any modification, any alteration of the said names, brands and / or logos without the express permission of their owner are strictly prohibited.
Apart from simply consulting the application and using its features via the Internet, any other use of the application or its content is subject to the prior agreement of the FFT.
Article 6 – Interruption of the application
The FFT will be able to interrupt, unilaterally, temporarily or permanently, the putting on line of the application without that its responsibility can not be sought for this fact, and without that it can give rise to the allocation of damages and interests of any kind.
Article 7 – Third party sites
The pages of the application may contain hypertext links to other websites managed by companies separate from the FFT and over which the FFT does not exercise any kind of control. Article 8 – Force majeure

The latest version of the Terms of Use is binding on the users of the Application.
The Terms are governed by French law and any dispute relating to their performance and / or interpretation will be submitted to the French courts.
