The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "T&C") apply without restriction or reservation to the services offered by the French Tennis Federation on the ‘RG PLAYERS’ website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website")

The Website is published by the French Tennis Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "FFT"), an association governed pursuant to the French law of 1 July 1901, recognized as having a public purpose by Decree of 13 July 1923 (Intra-Community VAT No.: FR 63 775 671 381), having its registered office at Stade Roland-Garros – 2, avenue Gordon Bennett – 75016 Paris, FRANCE (Phone : 01.47.43.48.00. / Fax : 01.47.43.04.94.).
The Website is hosted by ATOS SE, a European company with a capital of EUR 106,884,219.00, is registered in the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register under number B 323 623 603, with its head office in River West, 80 quai Voltaire 95877 Bezons cedex - France.
Article 1 - Presentation of the Website
The website is the official interface for the online management of the Roland-Garros tournament made to professional players of the competition and the entourage of the player. The website is accessible after connection via a login previously communicated to professional players of the tournament. After login, the persons (collectively referred to as the "User”) will find, in a personal space, several activations and the summary of activations already carried out. The user can manage a request for accreditation, book an arrival pick-up, book a hotel, view videos of all games of the tournament, view the tournament table, view the current prize money, access official tournament information.
Article 2 - Conditions of access to the Website
Access to the Website and its functionalities will be subject to User having a login giving access to the platform. These login are communicated to the user previously via mailbox. However, the equipment (computer, software, Internet browser, etc.) enabling accaess to the Website and the exploitation of the Website functionalities are the sole responsibility of the User, as well as the telecommunication costs induced by connections to the Website.
Article 3 - Limitation of liability
The FFT reminds users of the Website the characteristics and constraints of the Internet, and disclaims any liability for the consequences of connecting to the Website via the internet.
In particular, the FFT cannot be held responsible for any damage (material or immaterial) caused to the users of the Website, their computer equipment and the data stored there, as well as the consequences that may ensue on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
The FFT cannot also be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or the servers or any other event beyond its reasonable control, which would prevent or degrade the access to the Website or the exploitation of all or part of its functionalities.
The FFT will in no case be held responsible for any delayed transmission due to technical problems or breakdowns.
The FFT reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify without notice access to all or part of the Website and its functionalities, for maintenance purposes or for any other reason, with the interruption/suspension/modification providing no grounds for any obligation or compensation.
The FFT reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices appearing in these T&C at any time. Website users are advised to regularly consult the latest version of the T&C available on the Website.
Article 4 - Intellectual property
The Website and its content (software, text, images, sound, graphics, etc.), the ‘Roland-Garros’, ‘Fédération Française de Tennis’ and ‘FFT’ word marks and logos, and those of FFT’s other partners, as well as any other trademarks and logos appearing or which may appear on the Website, are the exclusive property of the FFT or its partners: any total or partial reproduction or representation, any modification, any alteration of said marks and/or logos without the express permission of their owners are strictly prohibited.
Apart from simply consulting the Website via the Internet, any other use of the Website or its content is subject to prior approval by the FFT.
Article 5 - Force majeure
The FFT cannot be held liable, or considered as having failed these T&C for any delay or non-performance, when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a case of force majeure.

All claims and/or notifications must be made in writing and sent to the FFT by mail (Fédération Française de Tennis-2, avenue Gordon Bennett – 75016 Paris), or by email (email@example.com).
Article 7 - Miscellaneous
The latest version of the T&C is binding upon Website users. The T&C are governed by French law and any dispute relating to their performance and/or interpretation will be submitted to the French courts.
